Shipping And Returns
Ekos Living reserves the right to cancel any order or limit the sales of our products if Ekos Living in its sole discretion suspects that these Terms and Conditions are not obeyed. Ekos Living may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Ekos Living offers free shipping across India. We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the online store in detail reflect the items colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on your screen and computer settings and may look different in-home settings.
Ekos Living will deliver your purchased rugs to your doorstep, normally within 2 weeks from the date of placing the Purchase Order on the website and realization of purchase order amount. If your premises are located within a gated and/or high rise complex, then you agree to make available adequate arrangements for smooth carriage by the carrier from such main gate of the complex to your doorstep irrespective of the floor of your premises. You agree to ensure that access is suitable for the delivery of the rugs to your desired location. Ekos Living will not accept cancellation by you at the time of delivery on the ground that access to your desired location is not possible (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to manoeuvre the rugs through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.), subject to your general right of cancellation under the cancellation clause. Before ordering, you are under an obligation to ensure that there is adequate room to take your purchased rugs through any doorways and windows of your premises, taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns.
Ekos Living will make every effort to carry out deliveries on the given date. The delivery date given to you is an estimate given in good faith. If Ekos Living finds subsequently that the estimate is inaccurate, we will endeavour to inform you using the registered contact numbers and/or email address from your registered data. If your purchased rugs remain at Ekos Living warehouse for more than one week during which time you fail to accept delivery/re-delivery (despite Ekos Living having contacted you to do so), Ekos Living reserves the right to cancel your order and retain up to 25% of the order value.
All purchases of rugs by you from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. You agree that the title to such purchased goods shall pass on to you once the goods are delivered by Ekos Living to the carrier for delivery to your doorstep. You agree that the carrier of the purchased goods to your premises shall be your agent.
We hope you are happy with your Ekos Living purchase. In the rare occasion where you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the item.
The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging, with original labels intact. Return costs are to be handled by the customer.
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
